How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
To administer attendance on our courses and events;
To administer payments and dealing with any service or support enquiries from you;
To comply with health and safety requirements;
To ensure your fitness to attend and participate on our courses and events and provide reasonable adjustments where possible, collected mainly via a PAR-Q form you complete and verbal screening at the time;
In case of an emergency or to inform you a class or event is cancelled.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following sources:
Newsletter sign-up;
Google Forms for enquiries, contact details and PAR-Q screening;
Contact and PAR-Q forms completed by you in paper format;
Eventbrite website;
Stripe.com for payments;
Squarespace.com for our website hosting;
Social media channels if you choose to follow us.
We use the information that you have given us to maintain an active list of attendees on our courses, classes and events.
We may share some of this information (contact details) with emergency services if necessary but we will always endeavour to get your consent first.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our booking service.
We keep your name, address, email and telephone, along with emergency contact details for the time you remain an active attendee at our events. We will then dispose your information by deleting your personal information.
